Relax, Restore, Renew: AtYoga Annual Yoga Retreats

Situated in the beautiful, quiet village of Cirali in Turkey, these retreats offer a space for pure relaxation. The yoga practice centres on restoring and renewing the body, mind, emotions and vital energies.

An opportunity to explore and develop yoga practice on an individual basis whilst guided through a variety of techniques to suit all levels and abilities. The ethos of the retreat is to offer a welcoming opportunity to all in a warm, supportive, friendly and open atmosphere.

Each retreat has its own unique theme and focal point, the weekly programme is structured yet open and spacious enabling plenty of time to relax, reflect, enjoy personal peace time and enjoy the warm sun and stunning beauty of the local area. There is a 2 hour sunrise practice on the beach every morning and a 2 hour afternoon practice held at the hotel outdoor yoga space or indoor yoga studio which is built around the trees.

This is a genuine opportunity to enjoy a yoga space in a beautiful natural environment steeped in ancient history, enjoy wholesome fresh organic food, good company and expert tuition at a very reasonable price. Cirali is UNESCO protected due to its turtle breeding population, which means no large buildings or loud bars - just a quiet, simple, rustic traditional Turkish fishing village that itself has an historical connection with yoga.

I run 2 retreats each year, in May and October, groups are kept small to offer a more personable experience and the retreats are run from the same small family run hotel each year.

See below for 2020 dates and availability. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Cirali is a sleepy little town with a beautiful beach.

I couldn't think of anywhere better to do yoga. I'd never done any yoga before but Emma caters for beginners and the more experienced at the same time, giving everyone plenty of guidance.

I've been twice now and the people are always lovely, the hotel is quiet and relaxing.

The staff can't do enough for you and fresh food every day. We didn’t want to leave."

Love from us both Michelle and Jamie
